# Hermes Agent

Add Flovia to Hermes Agent and sign in with OAuth.

Hermes Agent connects to Flovia as a remote MCP server and signs in with OAuth in your browser. Quick Install in [Console](https://console.flovia.dev/groupbuy/) shows the same steps.

## Add Flovia to your config

Open `~/.hermes/config.yaml` and add `flovia` under `mcp_servers`. Keep your other entries; if `mcp_servers` is already there, add only the `flovia` block.

```yaml
mcp_servers:
  flovia:
    url: https://api.flovia.dev/mcp
    auth: oauth
```

## Sign in

In a new terminal, run:

```bash
hermes mcp login flovia
```

Your browser opens Flovia. Sign in and approve Hermes Agent.

## Load Flovia

Restart Hermes Agent, or run `/reload-mcp` in a session that is already open.

## Check the connection

Ask Hermes Agent to call `flovia_status` once. It does not fetch data or generate text. See [Check your connection](/connect/check.md).

Based on Hermes Agent's [MCP guide](https://hermes-agent.nousresearch.com/docs/user-guide/features/mcp) and [MCP config reference](https://hermes-agent.nousresearch.com/docs/reference/mcp-config-reference), checked 2026-10-23.
